Levies:

The current general monthly levy is R1,580.18 for all full title properties and include garden services for common green areas of the estate, maintenance for common property, management and security. Exit Levy:

Each person is responsible for paying his own rates and taxes to the Langeberg municipality. The electricity is by means of a pre-paid meter.

DSTV:  The Developer will provide the DSTV dish and the standard (non-HD) connection in the sectional title apartments. DSTV dish optional in freehold houses.
